Victoria Rosier – Executive Director
Victoria Rosier is proud to serve as the Executive Director of Charter Senior Living of Annapolis.Victoria started in senior living as a dining server in a local senior living community. Since then, she has served in various positions, including Sales and Marketing Director and, most recently, Business Office Manager. When given the opportunity to move into the role of Executive Director with her own community, Victoria jumped at the opportunity. Victoria received a Bachelor of Science in health services management from the University of Maryland. She is a certified Assisted Living Manager and Dementia Care Practitioner. Victoria is a mother of three and enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
Lauren Scharch – Sales and Marketing Director
Lauren Scharch is the new Sales and Marketing Director for Charter Senior Living of Annapolis. She has eight years of senior living experience, and she earned her degree in management of aging services from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Lauren loves to be involved in the community and being a resource to many local families. She has a passion for not only seniors but Veterans as well. She devotes many hours to Veteran programs and organizations. Lauren has lived in the Annapolis area for about eight years and loves being on the water with her husband. Lauren is incredibly excited at the opportunity to be part of the Charter team and use her passion to guide families through sometimes challenging decisions.
