Chantele Radcliffe – Executive Director
Chantele Radcliffe is a service-focused senior living leader with more than 24 years of experience dedicated to supporting older adults in living with dignity, purpose, and independence. Her career is rooted in a deep passion for memory care and serving individuals with cognitive impairment, ensuring each person is seen, respected, and cared for in a way that honors their unique life story. Beginning her career as a Caregiver, Chantele advanced through progressive leadership roles including Wellness Manager, Memory Care Director, Business Office Manager, and Executive Director.
She believes strong communities are built through compassionate leadership, empowered teams, and thoughtful, person-centered care. Throughout her leadership journey, Chantele has focused on creating safe, supportive environments where residents thrive, families feel connected, and team members feel valued and inspired.
Chantele’s professional growth is deeply influenced by her commitment to her own family. She leads by example, believing her career journey demonstrates to her children that dedication and purpose can make anything possible. She and her husband are proud parents of three young adult children and grandparents to seven grandchildren. In her personal time, Chantele enjoys spending meaningful time with family, baking, exploring nature, gardening, writing, and painting.
Suzi Jones – Sales & Marketing Director
Suzi started her career in health care over 15 years ago. Her previous experiences in medical sales and home health sales have made her a valuable resource for families. Suzi started her career in senior living in 2018 as a Sales & Marketing Director. She received her Assisted Living Managers certification and worked in operations for a few years. In 2021, she decided her passion was in sales, helping to support and educate families and their loved ones as they transition to senior living. She holds a special place in her heart for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Suzi spends her extra time running a fishing charter (Salty Siren Fishing) with her husband, Chuck, and spending time with her family and three furdoggies!
